Return Policy
Returns on eligible items must be received at our facility within 14 days of initial purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by original proof of purchase and pre-approved by customer service. For the best chance to receive a refund, it is best to cancel an order as soon as possible. Beau Laundry Co. will always issue a refund if the package has not been sent out for delivery. We try to ship our orders on the same day, so keep that in mind when making a purchase.
We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused.
What if I don’t like my product and/or the scent of my product?
Items are not eligible for return if they have been used or opened in any way. Returns cannot be issued for personal reasons/choices of scent. If you do not enjoy the scent, consider giving the product as a gift, giving them to a friend, or donating them to an organization for the less fortunate.
1. If you received an item and would like to return it, please contact our customer care team to initiate your return at admin@beaulaundryco.com.
2. PACK YOUR RETURN Please safely pack the items and include your original packing slip inside. Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package, then drop off at appropriate postal service. All returns must be received at our facility within 10 days of the return label being emailed.
We are unable to refund your original shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges on any items at this time. In the case of an incorrect item, please email admin@beaulaundryco.com.
A refund will be issued once we’ve received your returned items. Refunds do not include original shipping or handling charges. Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used for the transaction and will be in the amount of the product price. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary between credit card issuers.
If the products were not purchased directly through Beau Laundry Co. or beaulaundryco.com, we are not able to process a return. However, if you have specific questions please email us at admin@beaulaundryco.com.
We do not accept international returns at this time.

Our wool dryer balls are designed to last up to 6 months, depending on your laundry habits. We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered:

Severe unraveling, disintegration, or breakage under normal home use.
What’s Not Covered:

Normal pilling or surface fuzz

Damage from over-drying, pets, or misuse

General wear after the 60-day window
What to Do:
If you’re not satisfied within the first 60 days, email us with a brief description and a photo of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue store credit, depending on the situation. Email: admin@beaulaundryco.com
